Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of Outvelo. By creating an account you agree to them. We've kept them as plain-language as a legal document allows.
The service
Outvelo is software for running LinkedIn outreach: sequences, multi-account sending, a unified inbox, analytics, an API, and an MCP server. We provide the tooling; the accounts, audiences, and messages are yours.
Your account
You're responsible for your workspace, the people you invite to it, and keeping your credentials and API keys secret. You must be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Outvelo to send spam, harass people, impersonate others, distribute malware or illegal content, or violate any applicable law (including anti-spam and data-protection laws in your prospects' jurisdictions).
LinkedIn relationship. Outvelo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. Automating actions on LinkedIn may conflict with LinkedIn's User Agreement, and LinkedIn may restrict accounts it believes are automated. We build safeguards (daily limits, human-like pacing, warm-up ramps), but you use the service with your own accounts at your own risk, and you're responsible for how you engage your prospects.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per connected LinkedIn account, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Trials are free, time-limited, and don't require a card. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and the service runs until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data and our IP
You own your data — lead lists, messages, campaign content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf. We own the software, brand, and everything else that makes Outvelo run.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or create risk for other customers — we'll tell you why unless legally prevented from doing so.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific outreach results, or that LinkedIn will never restrict a connected account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
