Acceptable Use Policy

Outvelo is for reaching out from your own LinkedIn account(s) to relevant, business-appropriate contacts — the people you would have a legitimate reason to connect with. It's built to help sales teams run sequences, manage conversations, and measure what's working, with sending paced like a person and kept within LinkedIn's limits.

You may not use Outvelo to do, or help anyone do, any of the following:

• Send spam or unsolicited mass messaging.
• Use purchased, rented, or scraped lists to mass-message strangers.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone.
• Impersonate any person or organization.
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Violate LinkedIn's User Agreement, or any applicable anti-spam, consumer-protection, or data-protection law.

To keep activity human and within LinkedIn's norms, Outvelo enforces:

• Per-account daily limits.
• Human-like pacing with jittered timing between actions.
• Warm-up ramps that start new accounts gradually.
• Account-health monitoring that flags — and can pause — any account that needs a rest.

You use Outvelo with your own accounts, and you're responsible for how you engage your prospects. That means you agree to:

• Honor opt-outs and Do-Not-Contact requests, and stop reaching out to anyone who asks.
• Target relevantly — message people who have a genuine reason to hear from you, not everyone you can find.
• Comply with anti-spam and data-protection laws in your and your prospects' regions (for example, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and similar rules).
• Follow LinkedIn's User Agreement and professional norms.
