Privacy Policy

Account information. Your name, email address, and workspace details when you sign up, plus billing information (handled by Dodo Payments, our payments provider, we never see or store full card numbers).

Connected LinkedIn accounts. When you connect a LinkedIn account, we store its display name, profile picture, and connection status via our messaging provider so campaigns can send on its behalf. We do not store your LinkedIn password.

Prospect and conversation data. Lead lists you upload, prospect profiles your campaigns touch, and the messages sent and received through connected accounts, this is the core of the product and stays inside your workspace.

Usage data. Standard logs (IP, browser, pages visited, actions taken) used for security, debugging, and improving the product.

For your own account, billing, and usage data, Outvelo is the controller: we decide how it is used, as described in this policy.

For prospect and conversation data, you (our customer) are the controller and Outvelo is your processor. You decide who to contact, which details to keep, and for how long. We process that data only to run the service for you, and we don't use it for anything else.

That means you need your own lawful basis for contacting the people in your campaigns, such as legitimate interest for relevant B2B outreach under GDPR, and you are responsible for telling them how you got their details and honoring their requests. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what that looks like in practice.

To operate the service: running your sequences, syncing your inbox, computing analytics, processing payments, and sending you service-related email (trial reminders, delivery failures, receipts).

We do not sell personal data, we do not use your prospect data to train models, and we do not contact your prospects for our own purposes.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on these bases for the data we control:

• Contract: to provide the service you signed up for, including your account, campaigns, inbox, and billing.
• Legitimate interests: to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, fix problems, and improve the product.
• Consent: for optional analytics and marketing cookies on our website, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligation: to keep billing and tax records and to respond to lawful requests.

Only the subprocessors needed to run Outvelo: our hosting provider (infrastructure), Dodo Payments (payments), and our LinkedIn messaging provider (account connections and message delivery). Each processes data solely on our instructions.

We may disclose data if required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to data collected before the change.

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where data protected by GDPR or UK GDPR leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognized safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses.

You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout. You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.

Workspace data is retained while your account is active. Deleting a campaign, lead list, or connected account removes the associated data from production systems; backups age out on a rolling schedule. Prospect data stays until you delete it or close your workspace, so set a retention period that fits your sales cycle and remove prospects who don't respond.

You can request full account deletion at any time by emailing yash@outvelo.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us and we'll handle it, no forms, no friction.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session state. We don't run third-party advertising trackers inside the product. Our marketing website uses cookies and similar technologies for visitor identification, as described in “Website visitor identification” above.

On our website, optional cookies fall into two categories: analytics (PostHog, to understand how the site is used) and marketing (RB2B, for visitor identification). Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent before any optional cookies are set. Until you accept, or if you decline, we only collect anonymous page-view analytics that store nothing on your device. Elsewhere, optional cookies are on by default, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out of marketing cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
