Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Outvelo collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run your outreach and nothing more, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Data we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, and workspace details when you sign up, plus billing information (handled by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers).
Connected LinkedIn accounts. When you connect a LinkedIn account, we store its display name, profile picture, and connection status via our messaging provider so campaigns can send on its behalf. We do not store your LinkedIn password.
Prospect and conversation data. Lead lists you upload, prospect profiles your campaigns touch, and the messages sent and received through connected accounts — this is the core of the product and stays inside your workspace.
Usage data. Standard logs (IP, browser, pages visited, actions taken) used for security, debugging, and improving the product.
How we use it
To operate the service: running your sequences, syncing your inbox, computing analytics, processing payments, and sending you service-related email (trial reminders, delivery failures, receipts).
We do not sell personal data, we do not use your prospect data to train models, and we do not contact your prospects for our own purposes.
Who we share it with
Only the subprocessors needed to run Outvelo: our hosting provider (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), and our LinkedIn messaging provider (account connections and message delivery). Each processes data solely on our instructions.
We may disclose data if required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition — in which case this policy continues to apply to data collected before the change.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while your account is active. Deleting a campaign, lead list, or connected account removes the associated data from production systems; backups age out on a rolling schedule.
You can request full account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us and we'll handle it — no forms, no friction.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session state. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on the product.
